While we offer traditional fitness classes at The Endorphin Effect, we also offer a range of specialty classes for individuals interested in integrating something new into their fitness routine. These specialty classes are designed to maximize your results within a controlled environment. Currently, our list of specialty classes include:

BODY PUMP

This high-energy total body workout incorporates cardio, strength, and core to create an intense muscle sculpting class! Light weights and cardio bursts are combined to create an experience like no other. You’ll tax all three of your energy systems to guarantee results – leaving you hungry for more!

BOXING

This full body experience combines boxing rounds with bodyweight exercises to bring you strength, empowerment, and peak conditioning! This class will engage your body, mind, and spirit by channeling the fundamentals of a true boxer’s workout, adding in a little sweat and a lot of fun! Grab a friend, a pair of gloves, and give it your best shot!

PERFORMANCE SPIN CLASS

50 minutes of high intensity cycling will make you feel like you are outside training for your next triathlon. Great way to get your cardio in that is joint friendly but will still have you sweating!

HIP HOP SPIN

This cycle class is cardio amplified while your instructor leads fun, choreographed moves that feel like you’re dancing on the bike! The energy is high, the lights are low, your heart is pounding with the music, and it’s all about the beat! We ride together as a pack; we sweat, reach and recover together but individually reach our personal bests!
