I didn’t find yoga until my late 20’s. When I was a 29 my best friend passed away. While dealing with this a friend recommended me to try hot yoga. After one class I was hooked. I started going everyday. It completely changed my life. After about 3 years of steady practice I decided to become a teacher. I noticed that so many people were dealing with the same mental and physical problems that I went through and I wanted to show them that yoga could help. And that is why I teach yoga. To show people that a little balance and mindfulness can change your life.
