Biography:

“Do it with passion or not at all”

My passion for health and fitness started as a young girl with a love for horses. I spent my teenage years at the stable riding for pleasure and training for the next horse show. When I wasn’t at the stable I’d turn on home exercise videos and do workouts in my living room. Now, as an adult, I’ve found that exercising regularly and challenging myself has had a tremendous impact on my mind, body and soul. After a workout, whether it be in the weight room, a run outdoors or a hot yoga class I feel free of stress and negative energy. The gym is my therapy. In a stressful world, I’ve taken on this lifestyle to help guide me to all the amazing things this life has to offer. I believe that self care is a priority and finding balance within.
