Angela’s yoga journey began back in 2015 when she was in search for a new fitness routine to complement her love for running. Yoga started off as a challenging workout activity and later became an enlightening ‘work in’ lifestyle as she developed her practice. Her passion for yoga deepened as she soon discovered self-love is the most important love one can have. As a registered nurse who strives to provide holistic care to others, Angela’s practice both on and off her mat assisted her in finding the balance between putting others first and allotting valuable time for self-care.
In May of 2017 she completed her 200 hour certification, the more she continued to learn about the beauty of yoga after obtaining her certificate the more she was inspired to share her energy and knowledge with those around her. Angela encourages people of all ages to arrive onto their mats for an opportunity to move mindfully, quiet the mind, and find peace within their hearts while allowing their breath to lead the way.
