Couples Thai Yoga

Thai massage, which originated in India, has been around for over 2,500 years. Originally regarded as a healing art, traditional Thai massage includes influences from both Ayurvedic and traditional Chinese medicine. Unlike typical Western-type massages, it doesn’t involve lying on a massage bed while a massage therapist applies oil to your body and kneads your muscles and pressure points. Instead, you lie fully clothed on a mat on the ground while your partner uses stretching, pulling, and rocking techniques to relieve tension, promote relaxation, and improve flexibility and circulation. Sometimes referred to as assisted yoga, Thai massage is focused on improving the flow of energy throughout your body. Join Joey Diehl to spend time with a loved one… whether it be a significant other, friend or family member its sure to be a fun evening of exploration and well being

Aerial Yoga

We’re so excited to add Aerial Yoga to our schedule as a regularly scheduled class.  Aerial Yoga combines traditional yoga asana movements with the aerial arts to provide physical, mental and physiological benefits. While the aerial aspect adds a fun acrobatic element, aerial yoga is also widely known for its therapeutic benefits. Suspension from the hammock relieves pressure from your body, decompresses your spine and creates space in your joints making you more mobile. This allows your body to gracefully flow through a series of basic traditional yoga poses easier. Aerial Yoga is a great way to increase flexibility, balance, strength and confidence!

Wear comfortable, fitted clothing to make interacting with the fabric easiest. Please refrain from wearing jewelry, makeup and scented products; they can stain and damage the silks.

Prenatal Yoga

If you’re pregnant and looking for ways to relax or stay fit, you might be considering Prenatal Yoga. Did you know much like other types of childbirth-preparation classes, prenatal yoga is a multifaceted approach to exercise that encourages stretching, mental centering and focused breathing. Research suggests that prenatal yoga is safe and can have many benefits for pregnant women and their babies.

Prenatal yoga can:

Aerial Reiki

Aerial Reiki is a one-of-a-kind workshop combining restorative aerial yoga and reiki. Restorative aerial yoga allows for decompression of the spine, alleviates tension in the muscles and creates that mind-body connection in preparation to receiving the reiki healing energy while floating in the hammock.
