    Biography:

    In addition to leading many yoga and lifestyle training’s, Corey is a body builder, martial artist, nutrition expert, and lifestyle coach. He has spent more than 10 years in body building and personal training, a decade in nutrition and the past 11 years in yoga. Corey has been vegan for 5 years and previously was vegetarian for 13 years. After extensive yoga practice and training with world renowned yoga champion, Shiva Kumar Madayya, Corey knew it was time to teach.  Corey’s ongoing training’s regularly take him back to India, where he has studied extensively.   Corey’s goal is to share his passion for a well-balanced yoga lifestyle which encompasses the body, mind and spirit. Corey believes in the integration of conditioning, yoga, meditation, nutrition, and stress reduction practices which shape his distinctive, whole body health approach. Corey is known for his hands-on adjustment clinics and training’s. In addition to teaching yoga, Corey does clinical-based therapeutic work, combining elements of nutrition, Ayurveda, traditional yoga therapy, Thai bodywork, massage and various forms of energy work. Corey also works with clients on Advanced Focus Training. He has extensive experience with spinal cord and intense sports injuries.  Corey’s physical work is integrated with emotional healing and release techniques.
