    Biography:

    My yoga journey was a happy accident. My regular studio barre class was cancelled at the last minute, so I decided to hop into a yoga class. Within that first class, I found I was able to turn off my busy mind and become present in the moment. Off the mat, I found both the good mood it created and the energy it instilled persisted. Looking to have more of that in my life, I started attending yoga classes daily, being curious along the way and practicing a wide variety of styles.
    During that time, I was not the healthiest – physically nor emotionally. By focusing on yoga and other forms of fitness, it allowed me to transform my mind and body into something in which I felt more comfortable.
    Today, I continue to explore new styles and modalities, looking to expand my understanding of yoga. I believe I am an eternal student, but also, I’m looking to share, hoping that others can also find that yoga can change their perspective and bodies.
    I am a RYT 200 I enjoy sharing Hatha, Vinyasa, and Yin practices and am looking forward to seeing you on the mat.
